BizGN is a commercial loan consulting and coordination service. BizGN is not a lender and does not guarantee approval, rates, terms, lender participation, funding timelines or closing.

Website information

The public website provides general information about BizGN services and is not a financing commitment, credit decision, legal opinion, accounting advice or tax advice. You should consult qualified professionals about your circumstances.

Consultation requests

Submitting the public form does not create a client relationship, obligate BizGN to accept an engagement or authorize you to send sensitive documents. An engagement begins only when the applicable written agreement and onboarding requirements are completed.

Engagement agreements and fees

Any accepted consulting engagement is governed by its signed BizGN Loan Consulting & Engagement Agreement. If these website terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement. Fee descriptions on the website are general and remain subject to the signed agreement.

Secure portal access

Portal accounts are created by BizGN for approved clients. Credentials and secure links are personal and must not be shared. Users are responsible for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access and for submitting accurate, lawful information.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website or portal, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or availability, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, or use the services for unlawful activity.

Third-party lenders and services

Independent lenders make their own underwriting and credit decisions. BizGN does not control third-party requirements, decisions, systems or service availability and is not responsible for their acts or omissions.

Intellectual property

The BizGN name, website design, original text and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred through use of the website or portal.

Availability and limitation

BizGN may update, suspend or discontinue website features and does not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, BizGN is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from use of the public website.

Changes and contact
